Well, it’s June 1st and I attained my goal. I was 149 pounds this morning when I weighed myself. I understand that weighing in first thing in the morning isn’t the most accurate, but it’s what I’ve always done so I stuck with it for consistency. Now for another goal. I’m thinking I may push myself down to 144 pounds which was my weight in high school, and I’m also toying with going no-to-low carb for a month to see if I can completely drop my fat for the summer. For today though, it’s diet out the window. Time to reward myself.
